The diagnostic instrument/ model allows the managers of big companies and organizations to survive by implementing the systematic approach in following and analyzing the different sources of organizational change. Change is a valid concept and is easily acceptable to all in today’s world. Change of any kind is also a daily occurring event in the organizations. As our expectations get higher day by day so are the reasons for changes to occur (Sutevski, 2020).
